Job summary

West Coast Convenience in California is seeking entry-level and experienced Team Members to operate stations across our growing network. You will manage the cash register, stock shelves, and provide fast, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff on first, second, or third shifts.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required (shift work)
• English reading and writing proficiency
• Basic math and cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
• Tolerance for gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Troubleshoot and assist with car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Cross-sell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the supervisor.
