Job summary

ALDI is seeking a store associate to enhance the customer experience through friendly service, accurate checkout handling, and clean store presentation. You will work with the ALDI team to stock products, merchandise displays, and fulfill curbside orders with a strong eye for detail.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with starting pay of $17.50 per hour and scheduled raises over time. Benefits are offered per company policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers and POS systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply store policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Models and upholds customer service principles and escalates concerns to management.
• Informs management of loss due to damaged or outdated products.
• Operates POS to scan and process purchases and reports errors.
• Adheres to cash policies and ensures accurate transactions.
• Stocks shelves neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
