The role includes 3rd shift responsibilities, with duties like maintaining clean, organized spaces, assisting customers, and supporting store operations. Experience in retail and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in retail or similar role.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Basic math and cashiering abilities.
• Proficient in English with good communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiar with inventory procedures and store operations.
• Friendly, energetic, customer-focused attitude.
• Able to work flexible shifts including 3rd shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and cashiering.
• Assist customers with product information and options.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Keep assigned areas stocked and presentable.
• Engage customers in-store and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Operate POS and process transactions.
• Ensure pumps and equipment are functioning and looking good.
• Work in the walk-in cooler as needed.
• Follow tobacco and alcohol regulations.
• Handle returns and exchanges.
• Support inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates for excellent service.
• Recommend improvements to boost sales.
