Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Maintain assigned areas in-stock and in presentable condition
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS purchases and ensure accurate transactions
• Assist in maintaining pumps, equipment and store signage
• Work in the walk-in cooler and maintain safety standards
• Cross-sell products and adhere to tobacco/alcohol sales regulations
• Keep food service and beverage areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure quality service
