You will leverage firsthand knowledge of our customers to inform product decisions and work with cross-functional teams to maximize value from the platform.

The role emphasizes understanding customer needs, shaping feedback into roadmap inputs, and building long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a software development role.
• Technical degree.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent people skills to monitor and measure customer performance.
• Interest in technology, blockchain, crypto.
• Experience with blockchain a large plus.
