Job summary

The UPS Store is looking for a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers, and handle shipping and store duties in Austin, TX. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment with emphasis on accuracy and friendly service.

Availability for both full-time and part-time schedules is required. Compensation ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, with experience, and includes opportunities for growth within a franchise team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Outstanding phone skills and clear communication are essential.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible work attitude.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and work 35+ hours per week.
