Oro Ford is seeking a Service Shuttle Driver to support our Service Department. You will transport customers safely between the dealership and homes or workplaces, while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role is full-time and requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude. You will join a team that values reliability, punctuality, and safe driving in a busy automotive environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or professional driving preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple transportation requests.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Dress and present a professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport dealership customers to and from designated destinations.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle.
• Maintain an organized shuttle schedule with the Service Department.
• Communicate transportation needs and scheduling changes with service advisors.
• Keep shuttle vehicle clean and well presented inside and out.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Assist the Service Department with additional duties as needed.
