Job summary

Liberty Ford in Canton, OH is seeking a friendly Part-Time Delivery/Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department. You’ll transport customers to and from home or work and support Ford’s Pickup & Delivery program during vehicle service.

Maintain clean shuttle vehicles, coordinate with service advisors, and deliver courteous, professional customer service. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other destinations while their vehicles are serviced.
• Supporting Ford’s Pickup & Delivery program, a convenient and complimentary service that allows customers to have their vehicles serviced without leaving home. You’ll help transport customer vehicles to and from the dealership, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Providing friendly, courteous, and professional customer service during every interaction.
• Maintaining shuttle vehicles in a clean and presentable condition.
• Coordinating transportation needs with service advisors and other team members.
• Following all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and dealership procedures.
