Job summary

SWS Equipment in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Service Advisor to coordinate service activities and serve as the main point of contact for customers. This role works across technicians, Parts, Sales, and vendors to ensure timely responses and accurate documentation.

You will create and close work orders, schedule resources, and prepare estimates while driving customer satisfaction and efficient shop operations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of service coordination or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with ERP or service management software (Flyntlok, Sage) preferred.
• Onsite work M-F 8am-5pm PST; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact by phone, email, and in person, managing expectations and delivering a positive service experience.
• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate incoming service requests while maintaining accurate customer and equipment information in the ERP system.
• Create, maintain, and close work orders that are complete, accurate, and ready for technician execution.
• Schedule field service, shop repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and special projects to maximize technician productivity.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, and supporting documentation promptly to support customer approvals and timely scheduling of work.
• Identify and present additional service opportunities during customer interactions, including recommended repairs and preventative maintenance.
