Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and delivery personnel according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for associates, vendors, contractors and drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations; document observations and report concerns to leadership.
• Support orderly movement of people and vehicles and stay aware of changing operations.
