Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in South Portland, ME to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other settings. You will conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, monitor access, and assist with badge-related processes while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of distribution areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for staff and vendors.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and reports, documenting observations.
• Support orderly movement of people and vehicles around the site.
