Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to provide friendly customer service, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness. You will engage with customers, upsell Loyalty and Financing programs, and support in-store signage and product displays.

The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
