Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, operate the cash register, and maintain store appearance. You will help sign up customers for loyalty programs and financing options and ensure accurate pricing and promotions.

Eligible candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; strong communication and teamwork are essential to deliver

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote store mission and values.
• Execute daily operational goals set by management.
• Greet customers and assist them in-store and online.
• Assist with loyalty programs, extended warranties, financing, and promotions.
• Operate POS and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Assist in shelving, product recovery, and back stock organization.
• Ensure store displays, signage, and pricing are accurate.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
