Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Our Sales Associates are responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, contributing to store profitability and meeting customer needs.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol per regulations.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and handle cases of milk, beverages, and groceries.
• Remain calm and follow policies in emergencies; adapt to store procedures.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during shift to meet customer needs and maximize profitability.
• Communicate with management on store operations and changes in a timely manner.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide great service.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Support execution of the company’s customer service program at the site level.
