Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and complete shift reports.
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol per regulations.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk and beverages using proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to remain calm and follow policies in emergencies.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best customer experience to every customer.
• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Suggest purchases and promote specials to customers.
• Manage the customer service program at the site level.
