Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to handle change and shift reports.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to validate IDs when selling tobacco or alcohol where required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the store during shifts in line with policy and drive profitability.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and greet customers with a sincere greeting.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift and promote store specials.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store and environment.
• Promptly report workplace accidents or incidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
