Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Colorado to welcome customers, guide them through our parts yard, process transactions, and ensure every visit ends with the right help. You’ll be the first and last person our customers meet, delivering friendly service and accurate information to keep the store running smoothly.

The role requires 1+ year in a customer-facing setting, comfort with computers and mobile devices, and a willingness to work indoors and outdoors, including weekends

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet all day.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, identify their needs.
• Help customers locate parts using digital tools.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and quickly.
• Receive and process car titles and paperwork.
• Share promotions, warranties, and events with customers.
• Keep the store and yard clean and organized.
• Provide friendly and efficient service.
