Job summary

Pull-A-Part is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them through our parts yard, and process transactions. You will identify customer needs, help locate parts using digital tools, and deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Prior automotive parts knowledge is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is welcome.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Ability to assist customers, identify needs, and upsell or promote promotions

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.

What You Bring as a Retail Sales Associate

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation

Bonus Skills:

• Basic automotive parts or repair knowledge
• Automotive parts sales experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
