Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries in Jefferson City is seeking an energetic Retail Cashier for the Ten Mile store. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, process transactions, and help maintain store cleanliness and display standards.

This full-time, hourly position offers a starting wage of $15.50 per hour with a monthly bonus up to $250, plus health, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and PTO. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and co-workers.
• Able to stay organized and handle diverse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and acknowledge them as they enter the store.
• Operate cash register; handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
• Keep store area clean, rotate stock, and maintain displays.
