Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Retail Banker in Indiana-Portage. You will engage customers, process transactions, and open accounts while promoting bank products and services. Training supports growth opportunities within a large, employee-owned bank.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and customer service experience, with a positive and engaging demeanor. Previous in-store banking is a plus, and the role is full-time within a branch setting.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree can substitute for some experience.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Use problem solving to address customer inquiries in line with Woodforest Experience.
