Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida in Naples, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly service, operate registers, and support both sales and donation operations on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and using POS systems preferred.
• Able to follow pricing guidelines established in the pricing guide.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Ability to stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items; lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Comfortable with standing for long periods and temperatures can fluctuate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist shoppers on the floor, creating a welcoming store environment.
• Operate cash registers and process customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
• Cross-train to support backdoor operations and safely handle donations.
