Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking Sales Associates to join our team in Louisiana. You will greet customers, operate the register, and ensure compliance with lottery, alcohol and age verification rules while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean stores, stocking merchandise, and supporting cross-training in other departments as needed. This position requires reliability, weekend availability, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to work weekends/holidays.
Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and operate the register accurately and quickly.
Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification.
Upsell customers to increase sales when appropriate.
Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including restrooms and pump areas.
Stock shelves and maintain displays.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Be a team player and assist in other departments as needed.
