Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring Sales Associates to greet customers, handle the register, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment in Louisiana. The role involves assisting with lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales while ensuring compliance and delivering friendly, efficient service.

You’ll stock, clean, and organize the store, with opportunities for cross-training in other departments and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is appreciated but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol in compliance with age verification laws.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms and parking/pump areas.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean displays.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a reliable team player in a fast-paced environment.
