Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking Sales Associates to help run a clean, inviting store and assist customers with purchases across lottery, tobacco, and alcohol categories. You will greet customers, operate the register, and work with a team to keep shelves stocked and the store safe in all weather. Training in other departments is possible.

This role emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and the ability to upsell where appropriate. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run register with accuracy and speed.
• Learn lottery, cigarette and alcohol sales; ensure age verification compliance.
• Offer friendly service and upsell when possible.
• Keep store clean and safe, including bathrooms, pumps, and lot.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain fresh look.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and entryways.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
