Job summary

Carter’s in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, help them with product styles and benefits, and assist with school readiness shopping.

In a fast-paced retail setting, you’ll resolve issues, process POS transactions, and promote current promotions and loyalty programs. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
