The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate at HomeGoods in Sioux Falls, SD. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, maintain a clean store, and support operations, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

You may work in multiple areas to assist the business. You will engage customers, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help uphold merchandising standards while providing friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
