The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our HomeGoods store. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support merchandising and loss prevention standards.

Cross-training across store areas will help meet daily business needs. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and handling changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Process and assist customers with accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Contribute to store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
