Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the HomeGoods store in Santa Fe, NM. You will engage customers, process transactions, uphold store standards, and support loss prevention and safety policies.

You’ll collaborate with store teammates, adapt to busy conditions, assist in merchandising, and participate in programs that promote loyalty and credit options. This role emphasizes service, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced off-price retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
