Job summary

The TJ Maxx team in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to help deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and follow all operating procedures, including merchandise handling and loss prevention practices.

You will support and participate in credit and loyalty promotions, assist in store recovery, and help ensure a safe, organized environment while collaborating with teammates and managers to meet business
