The TJ Maxx Boston store is seeking a team member to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. You will engage customers, process transactions, and support merchandising and loss prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and cross-train across store areas as needed.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and assist with credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and apply merchandising standards and ensure products are prepared for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and overall shop cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support store initiatives and comply with labor laws and company policies.
