Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task and attention to detail.

• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items and handle payments.
• Maintain POS and customer service standards; provide courteous, fast and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandising practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service procedures and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register balancing, replenishment, etc.).
