Job summary

ALDI Hilton Head Island is seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You’ll help deliver a great shopping experience by working with the ALDI team and providing friendly service.

The role requires 30+ hours per week, starting at $18.50 per hour with scheduled increases over the first five years. Prior retail experience is preferred; strong cash handling and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Able to operate store equipment and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product following planograms.
• Operate POS and cashier duties accurately.
• Assist curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain zone, merchandising, and store cleanliness standards.
