Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at Wrentham Village to deliver a great in-store shopping experience for customers. You will assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise and other tasks as needed, ensuring the store looks inviting and runs smoothly.

Qualified candidates bring 0–2 years of retail experience, comfort with iPad and registers, and availability including nights and weekends. You will contribute to a friendly team focused on customer service and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Physically able to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Stock, clean, fold merchandise and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches and customer service initiatives.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Complete transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
