Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases, supporting credit and loyalty programs, assisting customers with inquiries, multitasking across areas, and contributing to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and cleanliness efforts.
• Supports safety, labor, and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with team and supervisors to meet store goals.
