Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive shopping experience by greeting customers and assisting with merchandise.
• Maintains a clean, safe store environment and adheres to company presentation standards.
• Operates registers and handles transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Responds to customer inquiries and directs escalated issues to Store Leadership as needed.
• Represents and supports the Ross brand at all times.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to dress code.
