Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and handles customer issues.
• Operates cash register / POS and uses suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/ packages food and drinks.
• Maintains kitchen, dining room, restrooms and exterior areas to health standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory and works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep).
• Communicates professionally with customers, peers and managers and supports team goals.
