Job summary

Burger King in Houston is seeking a team member to greet guests, process orders, and maintain cleanliness across the front of house and dining areas. This role requires accuracy, friendly communication, and reliable transportation to support a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will operate the cash register, assist guests with menu items, and work across multiple stations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Training is provided for health and safety standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Greets guests with a friendly attitude and handles orders accurately.
• Operates cash register and POS devices; uses suggestive selling when appropriate.
• Ensures order accuracy and maintains health and safety standards.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments and address issues.
• Operate POS terminals and ensure accurate guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and beverage items as needed.
• CLean kitchen areas, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• CLean dining room, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Stock inventory and support multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, etc.).
• Maintain attendance, follow uniforms, and uphold team goals.
• Respond to guests' needs professionally and communicate effectively.
