Responsibilities

• Coordinates with sales, client and plant operations for back end execution (tracking of purchased materials, inventory status, and sales order entry).
• Provide Client Services with documents to create manufacturing production specifications and submit through clients’ systems or to partners.
• Maintain relationships with supply partners for sourcing materials.
• Customer reporting as required or other inventory-related requests.
• Maintain and handle all client job files in an appropriate manner.
• Participate in customer tracker meetings/calls and respond to unforeseen customer needs.
