Job summary

Pratt Industries, America's 5th largest paper and packaging company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer and product-group initiatives. You will coordinate with account management, graphic design, marketing, sourcing, production and shipping to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and 1–3 years in retail or related fields, with strong communication, leadership, and process skills. You will participate in continuous improvement and ensure GMPs and safety.

Qualifications

  • 4 Year Bachelor Degree.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in the Retail Industry or related field such as product design, printing, corrugated or advertising.
  • Understands the basics of printing and converting for packaging and/or displays, as well as product sourcing and development processes.
  • Strong Computer Skills (Windows, Email, Word, Excel, Team Work/Project Scheduling).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership ability and can work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for assigned customers or product groups.
  • Serve as liaison among cross-functional teams to keep on critical path.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and data for downstream tasks.
  • Source products/components through outside vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate design and structure resources to meet targets.
  • Obtain quotes and relay status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and inventory planning for launches.
  • Support invoicing and resolve AR issues.
