• Must be available Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday 10am–2pm.
• Ability to relate to customers and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
