Qualifications

• Six months or less of similar or related work experience; prior food service experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math for cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service at the Market Grille counter.
• Take customer orders and answer phones, providing helpful service.
• Review daily orders and prepare/replenish products as needed to maintain supply.
• Pull product from cooler/freezer and ensure freshness and safe handling.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and proper food safety practices.
• Operate the department register, process payments, and make change as applicable.
