Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service or sales.

• Ability to learn financial services programs.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance.
• Work at the assigned branch location.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit & financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances and offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals for company products and services.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local applicable consumer laws.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments including daily deposits.
• May perform additional tasks based on market demand and staffing.
