Job summary

VM West LLC seeks an IT Technician to deliver day-to-day technical support and manage the company’s tech assets. You will assist users with computers, tablets, mobiles, email, and software, while ensuring assets are tracked, secure, and deployed.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to explain technical issues to non-technical users. This onsite/hybrid role reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; IT-related education or certification preferred.
• Previous IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows and business software.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and printers.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and tech issues.
• Set up, configure, and deploy equipment for new and existing employees.
• Assist with email setup, troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and lifecycle management.
• Document support requests and resolutions.
