Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly cashier in a Florida store to process transactions, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs. You may also be assigned as a sales associate or merchandiser based on store needs. The role supports the front-end team and reports to store management.

The position demands accuracy, customer service excellence, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided to build product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience to build relationships.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with product knowledge and services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol-sale regulations.
• Complete cross-functional duties and other store responsibilities as assigned.
