• Communication: Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand spoken word to respond promptly.
• Equipment: May be required to use or operate box cutters, knives, bread slicer, and other power-driven equipment.
• Physical abilities: Regularly walk, stand, sit, twist, bend; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience: None required.
• Reason ability: Apply common sense to instructions and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store through honest communication.
• Maintain good relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide.
• Comply with all company policies, programs and directives as in Code of Conduct.
• Provide professional examples for team members to follow.
• Bag guests' purchases promptly and carry to their car.
• Fill bag slots and supply for front-end operations.
• Assist with price checks and go-backs.
• Assist with general housekeeping and sweep duties as assigned.
• Keep parking lot clear of carts; return carts; follow safety policies.
