United Protective Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Downtown Houston Highrise Officer to join the security team in the 77002 area. The role is full-time, 2nd shift with weekends, offering a stable schedule and opportunities to advance in security careers.

You'll greet visitors, perform patrols, enforce policies, coordinate with clients and emergency services, and maintain detailed logs and incident reports to ensure a safe, professional environment across the downtown property.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented; greet visitors with a warm smile.
• Follow post orders; maintain security posture and professional image.
• Coordinate with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all building and property rules per client instructions.
• Follow site/client post duties and maintain routine logs.
• Report unsafe activity and signs of vandalism promptly.
• Maintain an orderly and professional workplace; assist in training new personnel.
• Make safety decisions per post orders and create incident reports for unique events.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and ensure equipment is well maintained.
• Engage with clients, customers and vendors with superior service.
