Qualifications

• Ability to walk and patrol garages and exterior areas for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Must be able to successfully complete required onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to customers, visitors, employees, and tenants.
• Patrol the parking garages throughout the shift.
• Patrol the outside of the building and surrounding property.
• Monitor garages, entrances, exits, and exterior areas for suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Assist customers and visitors with general questions and directions when appropriate.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property.
• Pay close attention to detail and promptly identify and report security concerns, safety hazards, and suspicious activity.
• Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
• Complete accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Follow all post orders, company policies, and client requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, visitors, and the public.
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift.
