Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent foot patrols to detect unauthorized activity or safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies per procedures.
• Provide courteous assistance to tenants, guests, and contractors while upholding professional standards.
• Enforce building policies and safety regulations consistently.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and building management.
