Qualifications

• Flexible schedule across first, second, or third shifts.
• Clear verbal and written communication with management.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to validate ID for tobacco and/or alcohol sales.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Entry level positions accepted.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance the cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide fast, courteous customer service to shoppers and staff.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment throughout the store and site.
• Troubleshoot and assist with car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
