Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, housekeeping, and ensuring a safe, respectful atmosphere for customers and staff while handling sales transactions and protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and be able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end duties.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed and maintain clean facilities.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash and assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
